【Presentation】
Oral presentation
Oral presentations are solicited for general presentations. Please present your research results in 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. After receiving notification of the acceptance of the presentation, please download the .docx file of [Manuscript Template] below and edit the abstract. Please submit both the original .docx file and .pdf file when uploading the manuscript.
Poster presentation
Please prepare your poster. This year, we will have time for a short presentation, but we will inform you of the details when we contact you about the acceptance of your presentation.

※Award winners are limited to JEMEA members (organizations/general/students).
★Please note that non-members will not be considered.
＜Research Encouragement Award＞ Subjects to be reviewed: Proceedings (all oral and poster presentations)
JEMEA symposium reviews oral presentations or poster presentations, and awards research papers and researchers whose research content is excellent from the perspective of academic and industrial applications, with a limit of 1 to 2 presentations at a time.
＜Best Presentation Award ＞Judging target: Oral presentation
Oral presentations at the JEMEA symposium will comprehensively judge the research content, the clarity of the research explanation in the presentation, the appropriateness of the question-and-answer session, etc. Awards shall be given to researchers.
＜Best Poster Award＞ Judging target: poster presentation
Poster presentations at JEMEA symposiums, research posters and research that are excellent, with an upper limit of 1 to 2, comprehensively judging the research content, clarity of explanation in the poster session, appropriateness of Q&A, completeness of the poster, etc. shall be awarded to.
●In addition to the judges requested by the executive committee, the judging committee will also have “symposium participants” judge the above three awards. Details will be provided to registrants.
＜Corporate Award＞
If there is an offer from a company exhibiting equipment,
Oral and poster presentations will be judged, and poster presentations by non-members will also be judged.
