理事長交代のお知らせ
JEMEAで理事長を務めていらした滝澤博胤先生(東北大学)が4月1日づけで東北大学での役職が理事・副学長となられる関係で、職務専念の都合上、JEMEAの理事長/理事を3月31日づけでご退任なさいました。定款の定めにより篠原真毅副理事長が理事長の職務を引き継いでおりましたが、4月18日に理事会を開催し、理事の互選により4/18～5/25の総会までの期間の理事長が正式に篠原真毅先生(京都大学 生存圏研究所)となりました。また副理事長には藤田明希理事が選任されましたのでご報告申し上げます。
5月25日の総会・理事会を経てあらためて理事長、副理事長2名選任する予定です。
是非会員の皆様には総会にご出席をいただきたくお願い申し上げます。

Dr.Shinohara took over as JEMEA PresidentDr.Hirotsugu Takizawa (Tohoku Univ.)resigned JEMEA President on Mach 31 due to his promotion to Executive Vice President for Education and Student Support of Tohoku Univ. (Issued on April 1.) In accordance with the stipulated rule on JEMEA's articles of incorporation, Dr.Shinara (Vice president of JEMEA) acted as President since April 1.
On April 18, Dr. Shinohara (Professor, Research Institute for Sustainable Humanosphere, Kyoto University) was chosen as JEMEA's President by the member of the board. He will act as President form April 18 to May 25, JEMEA's general meeting day. And Ms. Aki Fujita(Science & Technology Inc.,Co.) was chosen as Vice-president of JEMEA, too.
On May 25,immdideately after general meeting, JEMEA's member of the board will choose President and 2 Vice-presidents again.
